Go to Settings → Payments → Connect Stripe. Create new or link existing Stripe account. Complete Stripe onboarding (ID verification, bank account). Payouts: Daily or weekly to your bank.
Traditional invoicing: Send invoice → Wait → Chase → Maybe get paid. Mowzey instant billing: Complete job → Card charged automatically → Done. Requires: Stripe connected + client has card on file.
Option 1: Client enters via invite link (recommended). Option 2: Send payment link to existing client. Option 3: Enter card manually (PCI compliant). Cards stored securely in Stripe, not Mowzey.
For one-time services, extras, or add-ons. Client profile → Charge → Enter amount and description. Requires card on file.
Create recurring billing schedules. Options: Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly. Charges run automatically on schedule.
Client profile → Billing → Add subscription. Select plan, set start date. Pro-rate first charge or wait for next cycle.
Automatic retry: Mowzey retries failed cards. Client notification: SMS/email sent automatically. Update card: Client can update via link. Manual resolution: Contact client, charge different method.
