Limited offline functionality. View today's route and client info offline. Mark jobs complete offline (syncs when back online). Requires connection for: Payments, optimization, exchange. Tip: Download route before heading to areas with poor signal.

Common causes: Expired card, insufficient funds, fraud block. Automatic retry: Mowzey retries 3 times over 7 days. Send update link: Client profile → Request card update. Client receives link to enter new card. Manual charge: Try again after card updated.
Minimum 2 clients required to optimize. All clients need valid addresses (check for geocoding errors). Try: Remove and re-add problematic addresses. Clear cache: Settings → Clear cache → Re-optimize. Still stuck? Contact support with route name.
